Frequently Asked Questions

What is TimezoneCast?
TimezoneCast is a free, visual time zone converter and world clock. It lets you compare multiple cities side-by-side, drag an interactive cursor to find overlapping working hours, and export calendar invites — all without signing up.
How do I find the best meeting time across time zones?
Add each attendee's city using the Add city button, then drag the time cursor. The working-hours band highlights 9 AM–6 PM for each city. Look for where all bands overlap — that's your meeting window.
Can I share a time zone comparison with someone?
Yes. Click the Share button and copy the URL. It encodes your entire setup — cities, selected time, and date — into the link. Anyone who opens it sees exactly what you configured. No account required.
What cities and time zones does TimezoneCast support?
TimezoneCast supports hundreds of cities worldwide using the IANA timezone database. You can also add any fixed UTC offset from UTC−12 to UTC+14.
How do I export a calendar invite?
Click the Event button, name your meeting, then click ICS to download a .ics calendar file. It opens in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any other app that supports the .ics format.
Is TimezoneCast free to use?
Yes, completely free. No ads, no sign-up, no usage limits. TimezoneCast is built for people who work across time zones.
